Incorrect, tech issues can happen, surely you've had your internet go down in the middle of an important game. Our QA team are superstars - just a combination of bad timing and run of the mill tech problems we didn't have control over.  But we are working on getting it back up and running ASAP.

The PlayStation update has deployed but we are seeing issues persisting with the 'Unable to Connect' error - we are investigating.

Nora's Mix Volume 1: Update 31.2.0

Update 31.2.0 includes PC Hotfixes 31.1.1 to 31.1.7 and the new Nora’s Mix Volume 1 content! The total download size is ~9.47 GB on PS4 and ~2GB on PS5 (size variations are to be expected based on the ways in which the different systems operate).

Hello PlayStation and Xbox Tenno! 

We ran into some tech issues on our end as we were attempting to deploy today's update. 

For those of you on Xbox, we are predicting we'll be able to re-attempt again in about an hour + 

For those of you on PS5 who got past part of the download stage, you will be met with this error message as the update has not yet been deployed on our end. This will clear once we are able to remedy the issues and get this update out the door. We don't have a timeframe yet for PlayStation as the issues are related to in-office complications that require technicians to look at. 

A fix has been implemented by our mailing partners, you may now attempt again. Keep in mind that if you have already requested a verification email, that it may take some time for another to come in. 

We are continuing to monitor for any other issues alongside our partners!

We are aware that certain players are experiencing issues receiving 2FA confirmation emails when attempted - we have contacted our mailing partners and are keeping tabs on progress as they work on a solution. Hello! We have run the script to deliver the inbox message with the evolved Protovyre Chest piece for those affected by this issue we fixed: 

• Fixed completing the Protovyre Sentient killing challenge not awarding players with the evolved Protovyre Chest piece. 
  • This was caused by finishing missions in unusual ways, the most common examples being to complete a Quest mission that immediately leads to another,  or by exiting a Railjack session from the Abort menu instead of returning to the Dojo.  This would mark off the upgrade challenge as being completed, but fail to deliver the Protovyre inbox message.
